This exam is made up of 40 questions based on the information within the Basic Driver Improvement course. Once you complete all ten (10) modules, there will be a final exam. The Basic Driver Improvement course is divided into ten (10) modules. Please note: The Basic Driver Improvement course does not satisfy the 8 Hour Aggressive Driver Course or the Driving While Licenses Suspended or Revoked course. The Basic Driver Improvement course may still be taken for Insurance Discount Purposes. NO POINTS WILL BE REMOVED for the completion of the Basic Driver Improvement course by any driver with a CDL. If you possess a CDL, the Basic Driver Improvement course may be taken for personal fulfillment and edification only. The final exam has no timer, but must be completed in one sitting. Effective July 1,2005 the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will assess points to all individuals with a CDL whether or not the violation occurred in a private or commercial vehicle.
